Scotland becomes one of the world's first Rewilding Nations, with 30% of its land and seas enjoying nature recovery by 2030.
What are we doing to drive this change?
Through our Northwoods Rewilding Network, we support a broad spectrum of land managers to commit more land and water to rewilding by connecting them with the relevant expertise and resources. We showcase positive case studies across the network to demonstrate how rewilding can be applied across different scales and settings, and still deliver valuable benefits for nature, climate and people.
Beyond Northwoods, we build relationships with a diverse group of landholders to support river and wetland restoration, and develop incentives to encourage business investment in rewilding.
