A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR NATURE & PEOPLE
SCOTLAND: The Big Picture was a founding member of the Scottish Rewilding Alliance, a growing coalition of organisations who champion rewilding and coordinate action that builds public support for, and a major political commitment to, rewilding at a scale new to Scotland.
By working together we can pool expertise and resources so that our voice is louder and our influence stronger. Rewilding is increasingly seen as a progressive and pragmatic pathway to address the dual challenges of climate breakdown and biodiversity loss, but some people feel threatened by the change that rewilding represents.
In the coming years, SCOTLAND: The Big Picture will work with the Alliance to turn this perceived threat into a real opportunity for Scotland’s nature and its people.
